Is my coconut oil still OK to use if it turns to a liquid?

Yes. If the oil turned to a liquid and you would like it to turn solid again, simply place it in the refrigerator.  Although the form may change depending on the temperature, the quality of the oil in not affected. At temperatures of 76 degrees Fahrenheit and above, coconut oil is a liquid.  To maintain its solid state, store the coconut oil in a cool, dry place that is below 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
