Tedorigawa Kinka "Gold Blossom" Nama Arabashiri Daiginjo Sake (BTL 720ml)

This is a textbook gorgeous and aromatic daiginjo. We get jasmine, fuji apple, and slate on the nose. The palate is extremely endearing, juicy, with a sparkling acidity, notes of white peach, mango, and light floral honey. Dreamy! This culminates in a burst of fresh cream and vanilla on the finish, while finishing dry, quickly, and refreshing. 

Yoshida Sake Brewing's reputation for pristine water and local rice precede them; this century-and-a-half old family owned brewery was the feature of 2015 documentary film 'The Birth of Sake.'
