Prep unfinished boards by sanding surface at 220-400 grit. For used boards, first clean and dry surface thoroughly. Apply wax to surface with non-woven pad or rag, let is set for 15 minutes, then buff away excess. Reapply every 1-2 months for heavily used cutting boards.
